Piston

Piston fillers are electronic devices that operate use product suction from a piston, where the quantity of product to be dosed is determined by the volume of the piston itself.
.
Our piston devices are available in different configurations, from 1 to 8 heads, and with capacities ranging from 50 liters to 250 liters, depending on production needs. Each dosing head is equipped with a hopper, which uses different methods to maintain the ideal temperature of the product.
.
In order to ensure an accurate dosage, piston devices can be equipped with a mixer. The mixer’s purpose is to blend the product inside the hopper, keeping it in suspension and ensuring even distribution during dosing.
.
Piston fillers are ideal for dosing products that should not be crushed, but need to maintain specific aesthetic and dimensional characteristics. Some examples include:

– Products with vegetables (Salad, soups, etc.)

– Pasta

– Meatballs

Lobe

Lobe fillers represent a simple and hygienic solution for dosing relatively homogeneous products with a soft consistency and particles up to 10 mm.

.

The main feature is rotating lobes, which work together to transport the product from the hopper to the output. The quantity of product is determined by the rotation of the lobes and their size. The accuracy depends on the number of lobes present, and the more lobes there are, the greater the precision in dosing.

.

Lobe systems are available in various sizes, with capacities ranging from 15-20 liters to 50-60 liters, allowing for the system to be tailored to specific production needs.

.

Lobe fillers are suitable for:

– Sauces
– Tomato puree
– Soups
– Pasta sauce
– Water
– Oil

Rotary Cup

Rotary cup filling systems are particularly suitable for filling products into single-cavity trays in a continuous motion.

.

As the cups pass through the feed hopper, they are filled with the product. Once filled, a scraper cleans the cups of any excess product, ensuring precise and accurate dosing.

.

Unlike linear cup fillers, rotary cup fillers continue to rotate while moving towards the discharge point. When a cup reaches the specific hole, it releases the product, which falls into the container. This mode allows for a constant flow of product without interruptions, making it ideal for applications that require fast and continuous production. The rotary cup system can also be used with intermittent motion for lower production rates.

.

Rotary cup fillers are ideal for dosing dry or slightly moist products such as:

– Meatballs

– Diced vegetables

– Dry pasta

– Rice

Linear Cup

Linear cup fillers are primarily used for intermittent dosing and are ideal for multi-cavity packaging. They consist of a feeding hopper and a series of cups positioned on a plate. With a back-and-forth movement, the plate passes under the hopper, causing the cups to be filled.

.

Once the cups are filled, they approach the discharge point, where a gate opens to allow the product to fall into the trays. This mechanism is synchronized with the movement of the cups to ensure accurate and controlled dosing. A scraper eliminates any excess product, ensuring a uniform and precise distribution of the product into the trays.

.

Linear cup fillers are ideal for dosing dry or slightly moist products such as:

– Meatballs

– Diced vegetables

– Dry pasta

– Rice

Cheese

Cheese filling systems consist of a hopper that serves as a container for the cheese. Below the hopper, a first conveyor belt is used to move the cheese to the dosing area. The cheese is fed onto the first belt, ensuring a constant and controlled flow. Subsequently, a scraper drops a specific amount of cheese onto the second belt, to avoid clumping and ensure even distribution. To ensure uniform distribution of the cheese along the entire length of the container, the doser is equipped with a wheel that lowers the product level on the surface of the second belt.

.

Cheese filling systems are ideal for:

– Mozzarella

– Grated or Shredded

Gravity

Gravity fillers are used to accurately dose liquid products. This system uses gravity to provide an efficient and accurate way to add ingredients in the right quantity. The main component of a gravity system is the dosing valve. Positioned below the hopper, it controls the flow of ingredients to be dispensed into the container. The valve opens and closes at regular intervals to allow for the controlled drop of the desired product.

.

Gravity fillers are ideal for dosing:

– Water

– Milk

– Brine
