Tight-Bag™ Packaging System

The Tight-Bag™ system preserves product quality by optimizing the required volume of the bags. It has the same advantages as the traditional systems that perforate the bags, but in this case there are no perforations to risk contamination of the product. The amount of air you can extract is adjustable from the operator control display.

The Tight-Chicken™ packaging solution stems from a redesign and integration of ULMA’s preexisting Tight-Bag™ system. It creates an airtight, uniform second skin that is leak-proof and offers optimized product freshness and visual appeal across the entire supply, distribution, and sales chain.
