Forming
Forming machines are suitable for erecting carton trays or boxes, starting from flat blank, with bottom closure obtained by means of standard mechanical locks, turn over end walls, hot melt or hot air. A wide range is available and configured according to customer requests: mechanical or pneumatic, with direct or indirect carton feeding. The forming machine can be used as an independent unit or as part of a complete line integrated with conveyors, manipulator and closing machine, for the packaging of food or non-food products. Easy maintenance, centralized greasing and easy and quick change over are some of the main features offered by our machines manufactured according to the current CE standards. Forming Machines
RM-02AI-P
The pneumatic forming machine model RM 02AI-P is built on a painted steel frame or stainless steel frame (option). This machine can be equipped with single, double, triple and quadruple forming heads, according to production requests. The forming head could be fixed, manually adjustable or fully automatically adjustable with electronic system.
The boxes can be erected by means of hot melt or turn over end walls.
RM-02AI-S
The SERVO-DRIVEN forming machine model RM 02 AI-S is built on a painted steel frame or stainless steel frame (option). This machine can be equipped with single, double, triple and quadruple forming heads, according to production requests. The forming head could be fixed, manually adjustable or fully automatically adjustable with electronic system. The boxes can be erected by means of hot melt or turn over end walls.
RM-F23
Model F23 is built on a special aluminum frame and is provided with: plunger box with fast-release disconnecting system, overload detection unit, integrated conveyor to evacuate erected cartons from the machine and overall platform to help cartons load on the machine magazine. This machine can be equipped with single, double, triple or quadruple forming heads according to production request. The carton magazine on the standard version is inclined & approx. 600mm long. Upon request, it can be equipped with a long capacity driven magazine.
RM-F34
Built on a special heavy aluminum or stainless steel (option) frame, this machine can be equipped with single, double, triple or quadruple forming heads to achieve higher production speeds. Cartons can be erected by standard locks, turn over end walls or hot melt (applied by finger system).
