Ideal for washdown environments, this horizontal flow wrap machine is ready to take your operations to the next level. The system is used to pack products such as fresh or processed meat, poultry, pizza, fish, pasta or cheese in MAP. The shelf life is extended as the product is packed in a hermetically sealed pack with a mixture of protective gases inside. Supported by full washdown capabilities, this solution allows rigorous cleaning with hot water and/or chemical treatment

The new Long Dwell sealing head is characterized by an “oval” motion profile in the jaw, which assures packs with perfectly hermetic seals at high production speeds. This new sealing head, together with the state-of-the-art electronic technology and a food-industry oriented design, turns the FM 400 into the ideal machine to meet the demands of the food industry.

The modular design of the FM 400 allows us for a wide variety of solutions: top reel, bottom reel or side seal
versions, or versions for packaging with different barrier films (laminates, barrier shrink films-BDF, etc.).

TECHNICAL FEATURES
